Many years of experience in shipbuilding and offshore has made Winel an interesting partner for the onshore industry.
Based on in-house engineering, production, electric control and commissioning, we’re a turnkey supplier of watertight closures on land. We develop particular solutions for use in civil engineering and construction. Many of our applications are utilized on the Dutch market. With one third of the country below sea level, there’s a strong demand for watertight or damming doors for tunnels, underground car parks, cellars, dams, locks, etc.
The combination of sophisticated surface treatments with stainless steel hinges and closing mechanism results in products for lifetime use.
Watertight doors
Watertight doors can be supplied in steel, aluminium or stainless steel. As most of the doors will be integrated in a concrete area our doorframes will be executed by a bolted (drilled) frame or with our specially designed ‘anchor’ frame.
